Alpine 2.7.0 released

We are pleased to announce Alpine Linux 2.7.0, the first release in v2.7 stable series.

Since v2.6, among the various bugfixes, several packages have been upgraded: – kernel is based on 3.10.18 – php 5.5.5 – qemu 1.6.1 – xen 4.3.1 – postgresql 9.3.1 – samba 4.1.0 – nsd 4.0.0 – asterisk-11.6.0 – bluez 5.7 – openssh 6.4p1 – lua 5.2.2

Some of the desktop applications that got upgraded and are available for v2.7: – abiword 3.0.0 – firefox 25.0 – gnumeric 1.12.8 – evince 3.10 – virt-manager 0.10.0
